Tahitian Vanilla Beans Grade B

(By Count)

Grade B is considered as the extract grade. The Tahitian Grade B pods are moist and fresh. They have a relatively lower moisture content (25-28%) and are shorter than the gourmet grade A. Typical length is ~4"-6" and may or maynot have blemishes such as splits or scratches. They may also have lower seed density. Nevertheless, they still maintain the Tahitian floral aromatic characteristics. Great for extract and brewing.

Subtle Differences, Big Impact

These Tahitian vanilla beans are rated grade B, but they offer a big vanilla flavor. This plays a big part in my baking because the right flavor can make all the difference, one of the many subtle notes a true vanilla should possess.

Great Beans, Not-so-great Size

Delicious aroma and taste are packed into these beans - the only sacrifice being a bit shorter bean. Great beans for this price.

Ideal for the Passionate Baker

Serious chefs who love to bake would really appreciate the smell of the Tahitian beans while still in their cured state. They have a strong fragrance which may be described as sweet – floral, pepper, chocolate, or cherry-like.

Transformative Flavor for Home Cooks

I was happy with these Tahitian Vanilla Beans having an aroma with floral notes. I just had to put these in my not yet opened unbleached flour and today's recipe and I was done. This is a 'game changer' how these vanilla beans ought to be for someone loving culinary art.

Unparalleled Quality

For baking or for extraction, these Tahitian vanilla beans are the best quality around; they have a rich, flower, luxurious taste which adds a lavish taste to any dish.
