Description

  • AUTHENTIC MADAGASCAR VANILLA BEANS GRADE A: About 5" long, inviting rich aroma, oily moist fresh, pods densely filled with seeds. We get our beans directly from the source - peasant Malagasy farmers at fair market price.
  • MADAGASCAR BOURBON VANILLA: NON-GMO, traditional harvest and conditioned for months to enhance the characteristic captivating flavor. The #1 choice of all cultivated vanilla species. The Bourbon (now French Reunion) is an island in the Pacific, just like Madagascar known for curing great aromatic vanilla. It has nothing to do with the alcohol burbon.
  • USES: Ideal for all culinary purposes, baking, brewing, desserts, ice cream, beverages, coffee, and great for extract also.
  • DON’T REFRIGERATE. They lose moisture and flavor on refrigeration. Store in airtight bag, in a cool dry place for a longer shelf life (~1yr). Thus, our beans are packed in BPA-free, food-grade vacuum sealed bags to maintain freshness for a longer time.
  • BUY WITH CONFIDENCE, 100% GURANTEED QUALITY: We go the extra mile to offer the best vanilla beans to our customers. If our pods do not meet your expectations, please email us through Amazon and we will resolve all issues.

A Cut Above the Rest

Vanilla beans are not equal All vanilla beans are not created equal. As a gourmet, I was in heaven. The conditioning of these beans is very obvious and the flavor really bloomed. They have many uses and can be substituted in any recipe for vanilla extract.

Game-Changing Ingredient for Home Brewers

I've been making my own vanilla and it doesn't even compare to Pure Vanilla's product. I was using vodka and beans and you could barely taste the vanilla!

Sustainable Indulgence

These vanilla beans are awesome. They are highly aromatic, beautifully cured and packed. Love them. And you are buying them directly from the Madagascan farmers and supporting them.

Real Deal for Vanilla Lovers

I am delighted by how every pod is so beautifully juicy and oil-rich with seeds galore. The flavor is deep and earthy. It really adds a whole new level of dimension to my baking. I plan to buy again.

Perfect for Homemade Vanilla Extract

These beans are perfect for anyone beginning to make their own homemade vanilla extract. They are very moist and oily and are covered in so many beans your getting what you pay for. They have many seeds. The only thing to be aware of (learned the hard way) is not to refrigerate them. For whatever reason it compromises their quality and they become very hard.
